     From September 17 to 19, 2018, the Ninth Third Member Congress of China Rubber Association Rubber Belt Branch and the 2018 Rubber Belt Information and Technology Forum were held in Shanghai. The conference focused on the theme of "green, innovation, quality development", conformed to the development theme of "quality first, benefit first", discussed the major events of industrial development and conspired with the future of industrial development.
