Chairman Speech for Spring Festival

As the year comes to a close, everything gets rejuvenated. On this special occasion, on behalf of the board of directors, I give my holiday greetings to all of the shareholders、customers and partners, people from every part of society, who always trust and support Pengling, and all the staff who work hard in the past year, and wish everyone happy new year!
2014 is a significant year for Pengling. In this year, Pengling went public on Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM; Jiangsu Pengling finished the overall construction and mass production will begin; We finished the enterprise key laboratory’s construction of Tianjin auto fluid hose system, and established strategic partnership with Beijing University of Chemical Technology, founded “ Tianjin Pengling Rubber Hose-Beijing University of Chemical Technology Auto fluid Hose Technology Joint Research Center” together; Restricted Stock Incentive policy has been implemented; Apply to the CSRC for refinancing ,investment construction” Automotive turbocharged PA blow molding hose assembly project”; Achieved National high and new technology enterprise certificate; Awarded the top of the list of top ten hose enterprises in China; Awarded Golden Rubber of most growing enterprise; Successively achieved the Distinguished Contribution Award from Brilliance Jinbei、the Best Response Award from BYD,Chengdu Pengling achieved the Excellent Quality Award from FAW-VW.
Looking back on the last year, following the direction of company strategic objectives, with the trust and support of all the shareholders、customers、partners and different social sectors, in the joint efforts of the management staff and employees, Pengling could take concrete actions to complete a full of passion、 innovation、 responsibility and valuable work report. Therefore, I would like to express my deep appreciation, thanks for shareholders’ trust,thanks all of the customers、partners and different social sector’s care and support to Pengling all the time. Thank all the staff contribution for Pengling’s development, thank you all!
In the 2015, Pengling will stand on a new starting point and a new height, continuing to strive、hard working, innovation and enterprising, returning with excellent performance for everybody who has been with Pengling. In future, Pengling will insist on promoting the industry development with its own strength, becoming the wind vane of driving and leading the industry development.
