Dagang Science and Technology Organized 18 companies to have a meeting in Tianjin Pengling Rubber Hose Co., Ltd. about promoting technological innovation to high-tech enterprises and key enterprises. Vice Mayor Zhang Qingen presided and spoke. Economic and Trade Commission, Zhongtang Town and other units attended the meeting.
Participants visited Pengling’s rubber hose production workshop and testing, technical center which was invested 47 million RMB;they listened the company’s progressive development for 20 years for growth in the history of the modern enterprise management innovation and technology through innovation.Through visiting, all people are very touching, agreed that Pengling 's growth history is a banner and mirror of private enterprise independent innovation. After analyzing and summarizing Pengling’s experience of strengthen by scientific and technology, agreed that in a tough situation of economic crisis, enterprise to survive and develop, we must adhere to the road of independent innovation, to new product development mechanism, talent introduction mechanism, talent utilization mechanism, corporate management mechanism innovation. Zhang Qingen stressed that when the economic crisis comes, enterprises should establish confidence, put down the burden and take a light traveling, turn pressure into motivation, turn challenges into opportunities, see more, learn more, practice his own ability, persist in technological innovation and management innovation, develop new market; the government administration should create a good environment for the development of enterprises, service enterprises, and tide over the crisis together with enterprises.
